I just wanted to inform all about when Yoga was available for this week. Monday and Tuesday’s class is from 7 – 8:15 pm and Saturday’s class is earlier than usual – it will be 8 – 9:15 am. Saturday’s class is earlier because the church needs the room for their Thanksgiving festivities. The church thankfully allowed me to teach instead of having to cancel class.

The address for Mowatt Memorial Church is 40 Ct. Ridge Rd. Greenbelt, MD. There is plenty of off-street parking.  If you do not have a yoga mat, I will have extras available.  The class is $10 drop-in and is suitable for all levels of students.  Be it your first or 100th class, I believe you will enjoy and find benefit in my style of yoga practice.
