Hello everyone,

This weeks classes will only be on Monday and Tuesday. Monday evening’s class is from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, and Tuesday evening’s class is from 7:00 – 8:15 pm. There will not be class on Saturday the 14th and next week Monday the 16th. Class is held at the Mowatt Memorial Church 40 Court Ridge Rd and the fee is $10. Please use the side white door and come upstairs for a gentle and meditative Yoga class. Bring plenty of water with you. The space is air conditioned but does not get cooler than 80 degrees. Stay cool and calm.
