Hello everyone,

Please join us for restorative yoga at the Mowatt Memorial Church, 40 Court Ridge Rd. Tonight’s class is from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, Tuesday night’s class is from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, and Saturday morning’s class is from 8:30 – 945 am.

The drop in fee is $10, new students and guests are always welcome. Please use the side white door and come upstairs for a gentle and meditative yoga class.
