Hello everyone,

There is a high chance for snow so I have chosen to not have Yoga tonight. Please join us Friday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm and Saturday morning from 8:30 – 9:45 am. Class is located at the Mowatt Memorial Church in Greenbelt, 40 Court Ridge Rd 20770. Please park behind the church and use the side white door to come upstairs for restorative Yoga. Namaste 🙂
