Please join us for restorative yoga Monday, July 8, from 7:00 – 8:30pm ET.  lass is held at the Mowatt Memorial Church 40 Court Ridge Rd. in Greenbelt and the drop in fee is $10.  There is plenty of room in each of the classes. Please park behind the church and use the side white door to come upstairs for gentle and meditative Yoga.

There will NOT be class on Friday the 12th, Saturday the 13th or Monday the15th of July.  Class will resume on Friday July 19th at 7:00pm. Namaste.
