Please join me for yoga Monday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, Friday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, and Saturday morning from 8:30 -9:45 am. Dress in layers and bring a blanket for the deep relaxation portion of class. Class is $10 (check or cash), new students and beginners are always welcome. Namaste.
