Week of November 10, 2014

Please join us for yoga this evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, Friday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, and Saturday morning from 8:30 -9:45 am. The heat has been turned on but dress in layers and bring a blanket for the deep relaxation portion of class. New students and drop ins of all skill levels are always welcome, the class is $10.
