Week of November 17, 2014

Please join us for yoga this evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, Friday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, and Saturday morning from 8:30 -9:45 am. The heat has been turned on but dress in layers and bring a blanket for the deep relaxation portion of class. There is plenty of room for new students and guests of all levels.  Class is $10.
