Week of January 19, 2015

Please join us for yoga this evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, Friday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, and Saturday morning from 8:30 – 9:45 am. The space is heated but please dress in layers and bring a blanket for the floor can be cold. Guests and drop-ins welcome of all levels of skill; class is $10. Namaste.
