Hello everyone,

Please join us for Yoga to conclude your Labor Day weekend, Monday evening from 7 – 8:15 pm, Tuesday evening”s class is from 7 – 8:15 pm. Saturday morning’s class is from 8:30 – 9:45 am. Class is held at the Mowatt Memorial Church located at 40 Court Ridge Rd. in Greenbelt. Please enter through the side white door and come upstairs for restorative Yoga.

Drop-ins are welcome; class is $10 and can be paid by cash or check. If you do not have a yoga mat, I always have a couple extra available.
