Hello everyone,

Please join me for restorative Yoga Monday evening from 7:45 – 9:00 pm, Tuesday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, and Saturday morning from 8:30 – 9:45 am. Classes are $10 drop-in, cash and check accepted.

Class is located in Greenbelt at the Mowatt Memorial Church 40 Court Ridge Rd. Please use the side white door and come upstairs.
