Hello everyone,

Unfortunately there will be no yoga this week. Mowatt Church is having their annual yard sale and they need the space to set up for Saturday’s event. It seems the weather will be too unfavorable for outdoor classes this week but I do look forward to resuming classes at Mowatt next week. Have a wonderful day.
