Hello everyone,

Please join us for a restorative Yoga class this evening from 7:00 -8:15 pm. Class is held at the Mowatt Memorial Church, 40 Court Ridge Rd. in Greenbelt. Please use the side white door to come upstairs for gentle Yoga. There will be class on Labor Day Monday but there is no class this Friday or Saturday. Wishing everyone a safe holiday weekend. Namaste
