Please join me for Yoga at the Mowatt Memorial Church (40 Court Ridge Rd. in Greenbelt) from 7:00 – 8:15 pm this evening. There will not be class this coming Friday or Saturday. The class fee is $10. Please park behind the church and use the side white door to come upstairs for gentle and meditative Yoga. Namaste 🙂
