Please join us for Yoga at the Mowatt Memorial Church (40 Court Ridge Rd. Greenbelt) Monday evening 7:00 – 8:15 pm.  Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, there will not be class this Friday or Saturday.  The class fee is $10. Please bring a blanket and dress warmly for the floor can be cold. Park behind the church and use the side white door to come upstairs for gentle and restorative Yoga. Namaste
