Week of March 9, 2015

I look forward to sharing a yoga practice with you on Monday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, Friday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm and Saturday morning from 8:30 – 9:45 am. Dress in layers and please bring a blanket for the deep relaxation portion of class. New students and guests always welcome, the class is $10. Hope to see you soon! Namaste
