Week of November 16, 2015

Please join me for yoga on Monday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, Fri evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm and Saturday morning from 8:30 – 9:45 am. Dress comfortably and expect the room to be cool. Please bring props and blankets for the deep relaxation portion of class. I look forward to sharing with you soon. Namaste
