Week of February 8, 2016

Please join me for yoga this evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, Friday evening from 7:00 -8:15 pm, and Saturday morning from 8:30 – 9:45 am. Wear comfortable clothing and please bring props and blankets for the deep relaxation portion of class. I look forward to sharing with you soon. Namaste
