Week of August 1, 2016

Please join me for yoga this evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, Friday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, and Saturday morning from 8:30 – 9:45 am. The room is warm so dress comfortably and bring water. Please bring props for the deep relaxation portion of class. I look forward to sharing with you soon. Namaste
