Hello everyone,

Please join us for restorative Yoga this Monday from 7 – 8:15 pm, Tuesday from 7 – 8:15 pm, and Saturday morning 10:15 – 11:30 am. As always, classes are held in the community room at Mowatt Memorial Church, 40 Ridge Road, Greenbelt. Classes are $10 drop-in and can be paid by cash or check.

Next week I will be out of town so there will be no class Monday August 1st, Tuesday August 2nd, and Saturday August 6th. I hope this email finds everyone cool and safe.

Hello everyone,

Please join us for restorative Yoga this Monday from 7:45 – 9:00 pm and Tuesday 7:00 – 8:15 pm. There will be no Yoga this Saturday June the 11th or Monday the 13th and Tuesday the 14th. My wife and I are making our annual trip to Tennessee to enjoy the Bonnaroo music and arts festival.
