Week of October 27, 2014: Yoga Monday and Saturday Only

Please join me for yoga Monday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm and Saturday morning from 8:30 – 9:45 am. Dress in layers and bring a blanket for the deep relaxation portion of class.  New students and drop-in guests are always welcome, class is $10 (cash or check made out to Karl Gary).  Namaste
