Week of December 15, 2014

Please join us for yoga this evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, Friday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, and Saturday morning from 8:30 – 9:45 am. The heat has been turned on. Please dress in layers and bring a blanket for the deep relaxation portion of class. New students to my practice or even to yoga in general are always welcome, classes are A$10 drop-in (cash or check). Hope to see you soon. Namaste
