Please join us for yoga this evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, Friday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, and Saturday morning from 8:30 – 9:45 am. Please dress in layers and bring a blanket for the deep relaxation portion of class. My class is for all levels of students, those new to yoga will be comfortable along with those quite familiar with the practice.  Drop-ins are always welcome, class is $10. Hope to see you soon.
