Hello everyone,

Please join us for restorative Yoga this Monday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, Friday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, and Saturday morning from 8:30 – 9:45 am. Class is located at the Mowatt Memorial Church, 40 Court Ridge Rd. in Greenbelt. Please park behind the church and use the side white door to come upstairs. The class fee is $10 and new students and guests of all levels are always welcome.
