Week of April 13, 2015

Please join me for yoga this evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm, Friday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm and Saturday morning from 8:30 – 9:45 am. Dress comfortably and bring what you need for the deep relaxation portion of class. Guests, new students, and drop-ins of all levels always welcome, the class is $10. Hope to see you soon. Namaste
